Don't think this would do too well at the best of times but up against Crysis, COD4 and GOW this doesn't stand a chance.
 
oh jesus, i just called my mate in illanois, he said he has played it lol.... no custom settings for graphics other than resolution, no custom sound settings other than volume, and all he said about the game was "imagine killing someone with limbs flying off... then imagine seeing it happen EXACTLY the same time over and over again just with ragdol physics on the bodies"

so we discussed and he said he got bored within 3 mins of it because the game was awful..... movment was awful and robot like, as though there was no player, like quake 1, bodies all looked the same just with different clothes on and limbs came off at the joints looking exactly the same each time... aiming and recoil was unrealistic...

overal 3/10 he said lol, graphics are a letdown as well apparently. he gave up talking about it at this point.

i said not to worry about my copy then.

I don't care if it's good or bad, I'm getting it anyway! Even if it's that bad I claw my own eyes out I'll play it and then put it on the shelf next to my original SoF I & II! :)
 
whats the bet that while theres no options in the menu, config file somewhere will have options to change a few things and force some settings. maybe not, but hell, even GOW has limited menu options and shedloads of things you can change in config file.
 
There should be a "censored" version rather than shoot people you go up to them, and give them flowers and chocolate.

That'll keep the right wingers happy.
 
Why is everyone saying they will buy it even if it is absolute crap? This is exactly the reason why companies do this. Just because it has the same name doesn't mean it is related in any way.

The game is not working as is should...it feels unfinished and has lots and lots of bugs.

For starters, there are no options regarding graphics in game, just resolution. There are tons of graphical glitches everywhere, in the trees, in enemy models and objects (flickering and clipping). And on my PC the sound didnt even work, just the music, but no sfx or voices.

Sometimes when you shoot an enemy he just dissapears into thin air, leaving the gun behind and some blood, but no trace of the body what so ever.

The controls feels sloppy and the mouselook does not respond according to your actual movement...

The graphics sure has some potential, with some nice blur and depth of field effects, but as a whole the game and overall impression was abysmal. The game as I said feels unfinished and rushed and it sure shows that it is a Activision Value product.

This game is a mockery against the first two SoF games.

Don't play it.
