Did anyone on here order tickets for this event from Bill Baileys website back in April?

I did, and have just received my tickets. However, i was a bit annoyed to find that i am sat in Block 202, on Row H.

Did anyone else get relatively poor seats? I would have thought that ordering so early would have almost guaranteed slightly better seats, or is this the norm? (I've only ever bought tickets for an event like this through Ebay, so i dont really know!)
 
I ordered tickets in March, got block 104

I'm guessing they won't use the end stage? Would be a weird seating position so I assume they would use a stage opposite
 
I didn't bother getting around to ordering a ticket, but then last week I met a guy at uni who had spare front row tickets and I brought 3 off of him :D
 
I ordered mine for Newcastle basically on the day of release. I didn't get them until a week prior to the show, and was amazed and disgusted to see I was in block 214, which was basically right at the back. I'm writing a letter to complain, because as mentioned, when you book early 'website presale' tickets, you expect good ones. I was livid when I found out where I was getting plonked.

EDIT: The show was unbelievably awesome though, so it made up for it slightly!

Well, im not going to be too worried if the show is good if im honest, but these were pre-release for members of his website only, so, as you say, good seating is something you kinda expect!

I'd be very interested in hearing about any response you get!
 
Definitely didn't get rubbish tickets personally. Ordered from Bill Bailey website on day of sale for Sheffield, and got front row centre tonight! :D

Good show - fans of Bailey's more whacky side will like this one but perhaps not one for the new fan.
 
Very good show, didn't think the sound quality was great though. I'll need to get the DVD and re-watch a couple of bits that I missed.
 
I am going to see the show in Birmingham on the 23rd and was wondering what time the show has roughly been finishing, as im hoping to catch the last train back.

it was brilliant but i had a similar gripe with my tickets, although not quite as bad as the OP i was unimpressed with the seats considering being one of the first pre-release orders.
i think the MEN/ticketmaster screwed them over on the priority seats for manc
i dont know anyone who got decent seats from the pre-order
