I have been looking on the OCUK website and theres cards are about the same price i am just wondering which is the best?

Depending on the rest of your system, a 400-450W ATX 2.0 PSU (ideally with a 6pin PCI-E lead) from a reputable brand will have no problem running the card.

The AnandTech review of the 3870 and 3850 compares the 3850 to the X1950XTX and the 7950GT on page 9. According to page 3 in this review, the model naming nomenclature is so that currently "xx50" means "PRO", and "xx70" means "XT" in how the model name suffixes used to work on the ATI cards.
