Vista x64 Boot?

I'm running XP 32-Bit but have a bootable ISO of Vista 64-Bit. I have the GA-965P-DS4 board, I've set boot order to CD Rom first ... it says 'press any key to boot from CD' ... which I do ... but then proceeds to boot the XP OS from HDD.

Anyone any ideas what is wrong? The Num Lock light on my keyboard is not on at the time it prompts to 'press any key' ... perhaps it is not detecting what I'm pressing?

Had this with a few dell machines at work.

Check the bios and make sure USB Keyboard support is enabled (or similar).

Perfect mate, that fixed it and I got it installed fine. Thanks for your tip ... it no doubt saved me hours of pain.
