Pump & reservoir combo. What do you think?

I was looking at one of these to free up the space in my case taken up by pump an reservoir and could save a lot of piping as well. what do you think? Any one used or got it?

BTW I hate noise from pumps

Looks like very thin tubing and a somewhat weedy pump. Do you have any specs for it?
