Who would you save from a burning house?

logically, and morally it should be who ever is youngest, therefore it would have to be the child, as they will stand to have a long and full life, whereas the other two have already lived a longer and more full life.

but in practice, i don't know who i'd save, but i hope i never have to make the choice

What does Decepit mean? And I dont have a child, so it would be my beautiful lover!

Also, i SERIOUSLY hope this isnt a live thread, whereby a house is currently burning and your asking us what you should actually do, thats just worrying!
 
My own logic is to save the child too. Because you can never do anything right when it comes to your mother... And your lover would most likely never forgive you for letting her child die (assuming it's hers).

The child would probably hate you too for letting her family burn, but at least she'd still be alive.
 
I like the way my father isn't in the burning house. Sexisms +1!
