I'm thinking of going for a 2 seater coupe of some description..leaning towards a 350z for some reason

whereas my wife wants a convertible of some description..if thats ever to happen it will have to have a metal roof..but all I can think of is broken electric motors and repair bills

would have to be used and 20k or below

I'm not sure :(

I'm kind of tempted by a Supra TT still, or maybe a tweaked 200SX (because I could probably buy one cheap enough to have enough left to spend making it look just like I want).

I'm also erring into buying another Chevy smallblock, getting a TT kit from the States and nailing the lot into a suitable shell.

That's kind of what I'm biased towards at the moment but it will entail selling the Corvette to get on with it!

currently looking at 200sx i orignally opted for a Leon Cupra R how ever i can't afford to buy one at the moment so these are cheaper performance option.

Not getting an ST220 anymore Daz?

Not sure what I'll go for. Want to keep my Rover for quite a bit anyway... lots of yummy performance bits I want to stick on there.

Then, I might get a classic Impreza or old school Evo, love the Evo IIIs. We'll see when the time comes.

I was seriously contemplating a ST220 but handling wise it is a bit of a boat, i dont really need the space and a like the low driving position a coupe. So figured id have another except with RWD and 200bhp. Theres also the modding aspect of a 200sx hopefully ill find a standard one and modify it myself over time its all part of the fun imo.

Haven't had the Octy that long so any purchase will be a fair while off, I've only really clicked with the car in the last week or two so I'm not in as much of a hurry to get shot of it now :p

Having said that currently my thoughts are- If I don't need a boot, an E46 with some form of 6 pot. If I do need a boot- ST220 and finally if I do need a boot and I'm doing big miles a Mondeo ST TDCi.

Currently looking at 320d/330d's. Some nice sport models in budget.
Also some nice tdi dsg's A3's in budget, just not sure whether do go with the hatch or saloon. prefering the BM at the mo though.

Seriously thinkig about changing in January, either..

Honda S2000 '00 reg, £10.5k approx

BMW 325/330 Ci Sport £10.5k approx

Yeah I know there 2 totally different kind of cars, but im undecided between Coupe or a 2 seater convertible.

probably something 3.0 litre and german. though depending on circumstances, and how things go over the next year or two, it might end up being from norfolk.

I will probably buy something more sensible next (but it won't be for a while!). Probably an M5, RS6 or something... or maybe a Monaro... I also liked that E class estate on TG last night (may get a dog at some stage in the future and an estate may be useful then :))

you didnt see top gear last night by any chance? ;)

Yes, just confirms that my next car (given 6 lottery numbers coming up!) would be en e60 M5 (Touring or Saloon, - not fussy!) :D

Actually enjoyed TG last night for a change. :)

Somthing that will get me from A to B with as little financial and mechanical problems as possible. Most likely a bicycle. :p

It'd probably be another mondeo, but since I gave up my car; whilst it was very handy to have, I have learned they are far from necessary and oft an extreme waste of money imho; but then if you're into it, it's fair do. I suppose I spend extreme amounts of money on music, instruments and audio equipment.
