That's the beta, I take it. How does it compare to older versions? The integrated sidechaining and time signature change features could well be enough to lead me up the upgrade paths to the garden of overdraft, so it'd be nice to hear some user opinions :)

Nice compact setup, by the way. Any reason for choosing the KRKs over, say, Dynaudio BM5/6As?

the price i got them for new, and the absolutely fantastic sound they produce.

kontrol49 = 300
Protools = 400 /w student discount
DT150's = 100
TB HDD = 220
KRK's = near to 1k
Software erm. over 1k id say.

I'm still waiting to get on the damn beta too! :p I think I'll definitely be upgrading though... sidechaining and the new mixer code are the most appealing things to me.
