he 27-year-old striker's luxury home in Woolton was targeted on Thursday while he was away on international duty with home country Holland.

Merseyside Police confirmed they were investigating a burglary in Woolton.

who do you think will be next and the people that do that to liverpool players most have got a lot of detail it the fifth player that got burgled crouch,agger,dudek,reina.

I don't really understand your last paragraph but I doubt there was any intent to target Liverpool players specifically, they just live in Liverpool so they're going to get burgled at some point...

with the money some of these players earn why don't they have some sort of on site security

can't they pay someone part of their weeks wage for the year to stay at their house if they know they will be away for a while or something

classic, the rotating gag wasnt bad either, nor was the one saying its not them being targeted, its just innevitable that theyll be burgled eventually.

Looks like its an organised gang though yea, they get them when theyre on europe/international duty too, sods!

I believe the houses were specifically targetted during periods when the players would be away for international duty or playing a match. Eg. Dudek's house was burgled during the Champions League semi with Chelsea.
