Xbox Live Account Suspended, great!

Went to play COD4 on Live last night to find my account was suspended only hinting it could be down to an account management problem. I actually bought a 12 month game time card on eBay less than 2 weeks ago so naturally I am quite alarmed.

In the Xbox dashboard it tells me I have no active subscriptions, however the Xbox Live website says I have the 12 month game time card applied.

Tried calling and they were next to useless, extremely bad line as well. Sent an email but not holding my breath on that one. Think I will call when I get home tonight and have less to do (currently at work).

Has anyone else experienced this before?

They've started banning consoles again, is yours modded? Run a live test and note the error code, it seems some people on the xbox forums have been banned by mistake.

Nope, certainly not modded.

Hardly played on Live to be fair so don't think I have had time to even break the rules yet :p

Ah ok, nope haven't done that.

I have 2 Live profiles on my Xbox, 1 which I used to take advantage of the free 1 month trial and I created a new one to use the gametime card.

Not looking forward to calling later :(

that wont make a difference, its not a problem to have multiple gamercards on 1 xbox.

you may just have been banned accidentally.

edit. you havent annoyed anyone on xbox live have you? people may have reported you and got you Suspended.

LOL yeah they always seem to declare innocence :D not saying its possible a genuine mistake is made, but most of them saying they aint cheated or modded probably have :)

Nope, don't use the headset nor do I send messages etc. Haven't even had the chance to get a friends list setup :p

Only had my Xbox for a few weeks but been really busy at work etc.

If there's no genuine reason for you to be banned then I'm sure you can get it sorted without too many hassles. f you're having trouble with the first person you speak to ask to be put through to a supervisor. Be honest with them and explain where you got the code from. I'm sure they'll sort it out for you :)
