Americans are pushing Iran to make the first move and are provoking attack if you ask me, this isnt a prime example I know, but they are asking for it.

It looks like the guy has a knife or something in his pocket, and he keeps his hand by it while approaching the cop.

While still harsh it's not "American Cop Tortures Innocent Man" as some sites tell it.

Are you suggesting the cop tazed the poor man because he though he had a weapon on him? Because if that was the case he would have tazed the driver when he was walking towards, not away from the cop. In any case, I wouldn't want to be tazed just because I asked a question, and backing off is kind of natural when someone is pointing some kind of a gun to your face dude. It's not like he was running away or anything, just backing off.
