It is a sad day for English football. Why oh why did he pick Scott to play with his lack of experience. I rememeber him playing his first first major game for my beloved team Leeds when we won 1-0 gainst vs the old enemy but all he did that night was dive into fresh air.

I don't blame the players and in a way I feel sorry for McClaren but he should realise the majority of the fans want him gone but he still doesnt have the balls to leave! His position is totally untennable (hmm cant spell). At one point I was appalled at a none english manager but now I realise time has changed so lets approach a quality manager jose Manireo (ack still cant spell). At least he supported the english lads at Chelsea and If he s daft enough (or his ego overrules his mind) to take the job we should get him.

Thats my humble opinion as a big supporter of english football and english players. Anyone else have any opinions?

Deks

ps I still rate Crouch as a first choice player

lol, I don't think it's much to do with the manger tbh. England have been crap for the past decade or so, it seems. Who gives a damn anyway, it's only football.
