What was that game?

Hello all,

I saw a demo video of it before but I can't remember what it's called.

The video showed a guy on his own, and I think he was on a dam or something, and it overlooked the landscape and they turned it from night to day to show how powerful the coding was to recode the shadows or something like that.

I think it began with E

Seem to remember a twister being in the video as well.

Any ideas from my crap description?
