Hi,

I am getting a strange BSOD.
Q6600 at 3.6 and Vcore in Bios 1.35 ran 8 hours prime 95 but with rounding error.
Ran same test again but with Vcore 1.475 and got BSOD in Prime 95.

So then it cant be low Vcore that is causing BSOD since it ran with 1.35 in the first test run?

Which memory are you using?

What are the modules memory voltage recommendation?

Is you memory running 1:1 divider

running Sync or Unsyc?

Could be that you may need to up the memory or FSB voltage

Issue solved. Ran 6 hour pime no errors. No BSOD ever since.
I upped Vcore to 1.450 and Vdim to 2.2 in bios. Vcore shows 1.360 during load in Prime 95.
FSB normal voltage.
Temps after 6 hour prime 64,64,62,62
Air cooling Thermalright 120 extreme. [email protected] Ghz 9x400
Memory is running 4.4.4.12 Corsair XMS CL4 6400 4 gig
Vista 64 Ultimate
