First of all im not sure whether this belong in here or not so please tell me for future reference :).

I ordered my system on Thursday and all of the components were in stock except for a PNY 8800GT which Gibbo said was to be in stock at around 4PM on Friday (the day after).

Ok then, now for some questions :)

1. Will they send me my package tomorrow?
2. What time are deliveries usually made at?
3. Would they deliver numerous orders around the same area? (therefore making my delivery later)
4. As i mentioned earlier Gibbo said that the delivery of PNY cards would be in on Friday (the 23rd i believe) however on the main website it says:
Pre-order

ETA: 26/11/07
which of these is true?

5. Am i supposed to receive an email to my address regarding all of this information?
6. If so, i did not receive an email as i am using an address to which there is a server problem or something of that sort which is preventing me from accessing it.
7. Can i send a webnote to get the email forwarded to a different account?

Thanks for anyone who chooses to answer these questions.

If it was after 4pm it might be Tuesday.

As for a time, think about it, the guy just drives round delivering packages in the most efficient order. how can we give you a time. :), i could tell you the average time that all my packages have been delivered but it isn't going to enlighten you.

1. I would guess it will be sent Monday for Tuesday delivery
2. between 7am & 5:30pm
3. The driver will probably have between 80 & 100 drops so it would depend on his chosen route.
4. Maybe PNY card was delivered late Friday & stock not updated.
5. Should get an email when goods are despatched

You should be able to work a rough time out based on previous deliveries from the same courier? For instance I know anything Royal Mail for me comes between 11am-2pm, CityLink, usually later as the nearest Depot is 25 miles away and I'm usually last on the delivery list. Same with Amtrak.
All depends where the depot is and how much stuff they have to deliver and where you are on the route.

Delivery time is dependent on City Link for your area.
If only if these cards come in on Friday then there should be no reason* for your parts to be shipped tomorrow for you for Tuesday assuming you chose next day delivery.
You will recieve an email letting you know including the ref number for tracking.

* The items may of been delayed so your best bet would be to send an web note or phone the shop.

i was not greatly pleased with the delivery, for my ram i ordered on a sunday and got it on a wednesday... the delivery company claimed that i was not in on the tuesday, even though i was in all day and they didn't leave a calling card.. so they cut me out to save time..

Most carriers will leave a card with contact details so you can arrange a suitable day or if you don't contact tham they will attempt delivery 3 days in a row than return the parcel to the sender.
