Hey ya'll, well long story short, a 'friend' of mine has stored her bike in my back yard for 1.5 years (rent free I might add, free storage ffs), im having abit of a sort out and would like her to remove it, 1.5 months of politely requesting her to remove it have got me no where, top 3 replys being:

1) I dont have time (******* you have LOTS of free time)

2) I dont want it anymore

3) Simply ignores me

A further bit of information is that the bike is bolted to my fence with a numeric lock, I have no idea what the code is.

What the hell to do ? I wish not to waste 2 hours of my own time cutting it off and taking it to the skip, I will however spend time cutting it off if the result is screwing her over.

WHAT TO DO ? I need serious ideas, so far:

* I have her parents address and phone number, I will be phoning them tomorrow to see if they can get her ass in gear

* She signed a standard UK and Wales Tenency agreement (she lived here for 2 months), any clauses in those anyone knows of that allows me to bill her to remove, poss get balifs involved?

* Pester her relentlessly to get a ******* move on with it

* Cut it off the fence -somehow- find out her address (which I do not know unfort, I know its a uni halls somewhere), and ******* take it there and leave it outside her door (its all rusty and covered in green slime)


ANY OTHER IDEAS? She WILL be destroyed because of this, further EVERYONE I KNOW HATES HER, and all are willing to help me MAKE HER do the right thing, but for some reason everyone so far is a) NOT wanting to speak to the ***** b) Scared of her (WHY ? id gladly smack her in the mouth, ****** moose)

As you can tell this is a smidge more than a stuck bike on my fence, this is the 1st time she's decided to cross me, people know not to, im in shock shes thinking my property is a god **** ******* waste tip, the main other reason im furious is she has absolutely screwed everyone over she knows, she uses abuses, then moves on, time it stopped right now, looks like im the person to do it.

:mad: So suggestions, which are ones I can serously carry out?
 
It won't take you that long to go through the codes...

Then change it and bolt it to something of hers.
 
if you can get leverage on the bike just pick it up and start twisting it against the chain. If the chain is a cheapo one after a few twists, the weight of the bike combined with the force you apply will snap the lock.

Or remove your fencepost :)
 
I say you take off and nuke the bike from orbit. It's the only way to be sure.

Or, get it (or a similarly shoddy bike), cover it in anti vandal paint and chain it to something of hers. Then plead ignorance. Pleading ignorance can get you everywhere in life.
 
You come across as a complete mentalist in your first post, do you have anger management issues?

Cut the lock and put the bike outside if she says she doesn't want it any more, somebody will soon take it away when nobody is looking.
It will take maybe 40 seconds to cut through the lock with a grinder.
 
Here is a hint

You can apply for bankruptcy of anyone in England and Wales if they owe you (or if 2 or more creditors comes together and apply) more than £750 in debt. ;)

Does does her "rent" for storage exceed this amount? :p

An application of this lands on her doormat WILL get her to do things !
 
Are we talking bike or motorbike and is it one of those really cheap numeric bike locks? I used to be able to crack those in about 10 seconds...

One of lifes users and abusers in short, she has made litterally 30-40 people miserable (doesnt sound loads, but its REALLY that many people, thats a lot of people to annoy/bring almost endless misery), she cares for nothing living on this planet other than herself. Every single one of my friends and even my gf has been annoyed/screwed over by her, to the point of bein a wreck, the girl is a vile specimen that relentlessly powers into people until they (as said), totally avoid her, even if she owes them something OR there scared of her.

No more, the line stops here.

She will be left wrecked and confused over such a small matter as her bike chained to my fence ;)

LOL :D:D made me chuckle, yeah man im -the- most reasonable guy you will meet, but when the line (which is a line that will take almost endless BS !) is crossed I dont get mad, I get god **** even, see my previous post in this thread,lol.
