Howzit Guys,

Just wondering, if people still tell their Moms and Dads they love them?

I still tell my old man and Mom I love them, everyday. However it seems as it isn't said anymore...

I'm not the sort to say "love you" whenever I say goodbye, that's weird, however I will say it if I feel like it.

Yeah, I tell them both often :)

With my Mum it's usually when we say goodbye either in person or on the phone with a "I love you too" and with my Dad it's usually "I love you but...." :p

Can't remember when I last said it to them to be honest.

They know I do so I don't feel the need to say it.

I see my mother rarely, maybe once a month or so. I can't remember that last time I told her that I love her... but then I'm 38. My dad is dead.

Actually I wish I had had ther chance to talk to my dad before he died (parents divorced, not seen him for like 22 years or so). Maybe not to tell him I loved him, because I didn't, but at least to clear the air. Sometimes, as the song says, you don't know what you've got till it's gone.

I don't speak with my father, but I think it's said maybe 75% of the time when I say goodbye to my mum in person. A lot less over the telephone, though.

No - not from about the age of 7 i guess... not even sure i do to be honest.... not sure i feel tat way abotu anyone, including myself, ar well...

I don't think i've ever said it too anyone in my family, and i don't think i ever will.

Same, they know I love them. I've never had the need to tell them.

I can't remember my parents ever telling me they love me either, but I still know they do.

Never, but then they have never told me.

Since I'm 40 in February I don't expect them to start. I always tell my kids I love them, even if they are embarrassed because when I'm gone, they'll know that i told them so.
