I notice that during your selective quoting, you ignored facts like the one that he runs the (FREE OF CHARGE!) website UnderMars allowing members of the armed forces worldwide a point where they can share their experiences...A couple of years ago, that site was pushing more bandwidth than you could dream of.

And I have NEVER had difficulty finding work. I started at the NHS yesterday...Loving it here. Got big holes in my ears, a beard, tattoos on show...all things which would apparantly stop me from being able to find work if you believe idiots such as yourself.

From the way you are behaving, it is patently obvious that you refuse to accept that people with visible modifications can not only work but work well and be succesful.

What a bunch of ***** some of you lot can be judging someone by their tattoos. I think its just the fact that they have a lot more money that some of you lot and your in fact jealous cos you stock shelves in Asda or something. :)
 
penski, I would be extremely interested in seeing how many of his "business ventures" are actually succesful, and how many of them are just relying on a large pool of money from his father to keep them going. Somehow I doubt many of them actually rake in the profit.

As for this job as the NHS you keep banging on about, good work, everywhere needs cleaned.

As for naming a child after what is only going to be seen to most of the people she knows growing up as "that boss from world of warcraft," good work. As much as I'd love to see her paintings, I don't tend to track someones life closely over the internet, so I'll pass. Enjoy watching her grow up though, hope you're there for all her big events when he puts them on his blog. :)

And yes Neil, I stack shelves in Asda and only wish I had enough money to make everyone think I'm some kind of gimp who has had a bad childhood. If only :(.

i just had an interview in work. sadly i think the interviewer was so distracted by the big holes in my ears that he completly ignored the fact that i've been doing the job for the last 2 years and could move into this new position with my eyes closed.

oh wait no, no that's not right. he was most impressed by my work, knows how good i am at my job and the would be perfect for the new one. and the lip rings, nose rings and tattoo's won't make a blind bit of difference to that.

Proves nothing. My comments earlier were with regards to successfull people in a large banking enviroment. Until you prove otherwise by letting us know your position, my opinion remains the same.

The fact is, if 2 people are identical in personality, skill and attitude, 99% of the time the person without the piercings, tattoo's and horrific holes in their ears will get the position. The whole point of mutiliating yourself in this fashion is to stand out and be different from the norm, this doesn't always fit in with the work place enviroment.
