lol, don't know how many times redknapp is under suspicion, when will people realise he's a dodgey bloke. frankly, getting his son in at a few clubs when obviously injured and not playing, yet getting new contracts when any other player wouldn't get touched with a bargepole. the sheer number of players he buys is suspect. the 3 players from spurs all for weirdly high amounts and i think all same agent, no idea who, of which 2 players moved on very quickly not playing and mendes, not sure if he's still at pompey or not.

just everything he does looks, sounds and smells dodgey.

hopefully he'd get kicked from the game, he should at least be completely out of the england picture. thank god frankly.

what i don't get is, in this day and age, surely it should be fairly easy to catch these guys. either the rules are crap regarding paperwork in transfers, or all the info they need is right there. if they have hidden any papers then that would be fairly good evidence of wrong doing itself.

you like to stirs things up don't you pal! not having a go, in fact it is good for a forum.

whilst you speak some sense in this instance the 3 players he bought in from spurs are all still there and the cost was not that ridiculous (given their experience, time of purchase etc). just a stickler for facts that's all.
 
honestly can't remember the details, but i'm still fairly sure they were overpriced. redknapp's generaly career has always been buying stupid numbers of players. can't find an exact figure but, he sure bought an insane number of players for west ham.

of all the managers, i think, most people, if honest, think he's a touch dodgey. i dunno, allerdyce aswell? who knows.
 
bah, so this evening he's saying, it wasn't about him. his excuse is, police just arrest you to get you into a police station these days, its standard to talk to people like that.

now, call me silly, but i thought they didn't arrest witness's as he claims is all he is. In fact, you have to have just cause to arrest someone. wanting to talk to a possible witness isn't cause for an arrest. he's full of it and trying to save his job. though, is the pompie chairman involved, or was it the old pompie owner.

as someone said, he seems to get away with stuff and slip away from suspicion every time corruption in the game comes up. for instance, that guy trying to talk to him about bungs and he noticed the camera at just the wrong time, but the impression was he was up for it and probably about to implicate himself. lucky, lucky git IMHO.

Believe it was 7.5 Million for Pamarot (who still plays), Mendes (who still plays) and Sean Davis (who plays every game). Mendes kick started pompey out of the relegation with his strikes against manchester city, Pamarot plays well and scored twice so far this season and Sean Davis has played every game apart from when he's been suspended due to yellow cards. I dont believe they are overpriced in todays market or can be seen as dubious buys.
