i want to try and watercool my sugo but keep everything internal. I'm not looking for overclocks, more a quiet and stable pc.

The Q6600 heatsink fan gets pretty loud and the fan on my x1950pro not only gets very hot, it blows the air into the case instead of expelling it.

I want to remove the HDD cage and mount one of the disks in the spare 5 1/4" bay and the other will have an external caddy.

I'll then mount the 92mm rad on the left side of the case and the 80mm rad under the cdrom cage. (if a 92mm rad will squeeze in i'll fit on). I'll use a small pump in the middle.

would this proove to be enough cooling? It is all stock and won't be oc'd.

any thoughts?

It may well be - I've seen people cooling two 7900GTs, an overclocked Athlon X2 4800, NB and other bangles and baubles cooled with two 80mm radiators...

As long as you accept you won't get the best temperatures, then you shouldn't have a problem.

Alternatively, you may be able to simply use a better heatsink in the Sugo? Cheaper, less fiddly but nowhere near as awesome.

define better heatsink though?

i know the stock cooler on the GPU can be upgraded, but i've got a zalman 8000 on my cpu at the moment and it's not the best at being quiet under load.

I had a silverstone NG06 on there before but my psu was getting very hot doing all the work.

I've not used such a case before so have no idea what would will help...

Don't get me wrong - I'd go for the watercooling. ;)

Swiftech make a very good 80mm radiator and it is possible to put one in the roof, and also in the side of the Sugo if you take out the HDD cage and put the HDD in the 5.25" inch drive bay. A T-line is pretty much essential as there really isn't anywhere to put a reservoir. For a pump, the tiny D-tek DB-1 is ideal as the loop will be ultra-short with no real head requirement.

If you use a 'swiftech apogee drive' cpu block it has the pump built in and will save you space. I have one and it's completely silent too. Keeps my cpu nice and cool.

Also, the 3/8 norprene tubing that swiftech do is thin walled and super flexible for really tight bends. All good stuff for little cases.

i think i'd have to make some sort of mount for the roof one.

i may go for one rad either side of the case.....just need to measure up

wolvers69 = i'll look into that pump/block, thanks
