Bangernomics.

That advert is great:

1) "Ideal first car", er, ok then

2) If you are going to take a photo of the interior, and it is your car, try opening the door

:D

What's train fair cost vs cheap car + fuel?

£4.30 a day return......makes me wonder why the hell i drive instead of just parking at the trainstation 4 miles away, it's £3 a day parking near work!

actually, just done the maths with the miles to work + parking vs driving to the train station and getting the train...£120 a month train including petrol to the station and back assuming no month pass, and £245 a month car.....

would you be able to get a lease that is the sort of length that you want a car for?

it's just an idea

i can't rent a car unfortunately, dunno if leasing is any different but i cant find anyone who will rent to a 19 year old

I think that a lease is just a longer contract that renting, either that or it's just a fancy word for it =p

shame that you can't do that anyway. as it would be handy.

train perhaps?

aye train is gonna be the only option, but unfortunately im still reliant on getting a lift to the train station as it's 4 miles away, all down an NSL practically mountain pass, with no path, normally lots of fog and blind corners.....and people dont generally hang around on it either. Walking would be totally suicide and there is no public transport between the train station and where I live as it's crossing the border to yorkshire, all the buses kinda stop here and go back the other way and even they are only once an hour.

3) "1.6 SO VERY CHEAP ON...TAX " could have swarn the tax brackets were less than 1.4 and 1.4+

Could alway pick up a Camry made in the 90s?

It might not be too fun but it will be reliable and it will be cheap over there compared to here.

Its got to be more comfortable then a bloody hatch back aswell :p

Its different over here, we dont have Camrys as such, be very rare to find one.

Only 31 listed on autotrader compared to nearly 8000 mondeos.
