Just finished Battlestar Galactica... my life now feels empty.

If you've got a gap and can't wait for it to be filled  why not try Babylon 5, ok, the CGI may not be at the same level of BSG (hey, we are talking 10yrs+) but the story arc is very good and the characters are engaging.

Already working on it chief, ;)

I watched 3 seasons in 2 weeks - quite a few episodes a day!
(travel to work, travel back from work, and a few in the evenings)

Was completely hooked, but season 3 was a tad slow. The ending however of season 3!!!!!

All i can say is "I KNEW IT"!!!

I have now finished watching all 3 series of Battlestar Galactica and cannot find the words to express my dismay that it's now ended.

Any others here huge fans of the series?

<3 :D

I've just watched the 'Razor' full 2hr season 4 opener episode, it's great and provides a hell of a lot more back storey on the Pegasus crew along with teasing us to future events yet to unfold. Also you get to see how the Pegasus escaped from the Scorpian shipyard when all hell broke loose wiping out all but 2 of the fleet.

Not to mention the characters that make an appearance at the end, very .

Wait, what? The one I seen was 1 hour 27...

Galactica is great. Ive seen every episode so far.

I would recommend you try 'Farscape'. IMO it is by far the best sci fi series ever created. Rygel ***

Seen them, thought it was decent but imo far form the best ever created. :)

Why on earth would any fan of Galactica not watch Razor and have more plot parts etc explained to them... possibly the silliest thing i've heard in a long time. Watched it today, it's very good.

No, you need to watch Razor last. It's designed as a follow-on to fill in bits of the story that were missed before.:)

tsk heroes has no replay value compared to BSG. Razor was great, was a good fix for my habbit.
Used to crawl the walls waiting for the next ep all the time, was pretty funny, id religiously watch it every week inbetween the footy or after/before i went out on the sat nite.

Epic program tbh.

One major downer however, they only finished filming upto episode 13 of 22 for season 4, due to the USA writers guild strike. So season 4 (which is the final season as intended by the producers) is now in real danger of not been completed unless the writers strike ends soon...

I just obtained Razor, dunno if I can be bothered enough to watch it as it's set in the past (Star Trek enteprise is the only good prequel :)

Here's a reason >

Im thinking of getting into this series should i buy razer first, then watch season 1-3?
Razor isn't all the past, it's also half set in the current timeline of BSG - just before the end of series 2 to be exact. So you want to watch at least the first two series before watching Razor.

It's also fantastic. Up there with the best of the show so far. Brilliantly dark, as always.
