If the SS say that the only way you can get out of paying CSA is by being an anonymous sperm donor, and I don't think you can in this country. Then every donor will be paying CSA? Thats how I read it, unless someone can correct me.

Yeah that's my understanding as well, you can no longer donate anonymously as it breaches the future child's right to know its parentage according to the Human Rights Act.

Here's a question about CSA. If a man and a woman have a child but they aren't together, and the man takes custody of the child, would the woman have to pay maintenance?

The man would have still have to pay maintenance to the woman.

But there is a law, which removes your right to the child and to csa. but only if you go through the clinic.

Why were the ladies dealing with the CSA and why did they give his name to the CSA anyway? I'm not asking this to be difficult, I really just don't know how all this works.

If either of them claim any sort of benefit, then the CSA will get involved AFAIK.

And yes, I believe in some cases women have been forced to pay maintenance to men. But it's rare, because in most of the cases the CSA gets involved in the women have custody.

It's not rare I know about 3 men who are having money paid to them from the csa.

It's just kids usually stay with there mums. Which is why it's so highly proportioned to the women getting the csa. If if the kids stay with the man, it's just as easy to get the csa.
