Do gooders:

haha:

Vehicle swerving round other vehicles and overtaking with oncoming traffic. Got in front of me, after a dangerous manoeuvre and slammed on his brakes, then turned right with squeeling tyres and no indicator.

If the left lane is relatively empty, what queue are they jumping? All they're doing is overtaking you.

If your overtaken on a country lane, are you the kind that sticks your full beams on too?

Took the words right out of my mouth.

Must've been while you were kissing me.

Regarding merge in turns, I don't mind the fact that people are using both lanes and merging in, after all that's what it's for...
It's when people just pointlessly drive to the end of the lane ignoring anyone who would let them in and then stop at the end expecting the traffic to slow down to let them through. That's not using the merge in system, that's just being a ****.

No, I'm normally the idiot doing the overtaking. :p

I only use full beams if it's a very dark night, or if it's between around 1am and 5am. I drive with dipped most of the time simply because it saves on the effort of turning them onto full and back off again constantly due to other drivers being around. :p

Relatively empty, say 100-200 yard long stretch of road off a roundabout which the left is a main and right is a merge, 2-3 cars in the left, space behind the final car for another and then someone comes along at whatever speed in the right, to get in front of the other 2-3 cars. Most of the time they don't gain much if any advantage to being there, so may as well be at the back.

I don't see the problem going into the right hand lane when both are going forward and they're hardly inconveniencing you.

I'm always in that lane. Why bother slowing and maybe stopping, crawling forwards two or three car lengths and then going when I can slow and possibly stop once and go once?

Much easier.

That's enough Meatloaf - Ed.

I'm not on it either - it's a real disappointment. I overtake seven vehicles at once on a single-carriageway and no-one complains. Shameful....

I know what you mean, and it's hard to explain just what I actually mean, I can think it, but not put it into words. :p
Most of the time I'm fine with merging etc. just some drivers that make you think 'no, don't be so cocky/arrogant about it'.
Anyway, I'll shush about it as I can't explain myself well :p

me, my mum, both my dads cars and my brother aren't on it

although, when you think about it there are millions of cars on the road, and the people who frequent this site and can be bothered putting up reports are probably from a similar area, and i cant imagine someone going looking for a site in google where they can moan about someones bad driving :)

I'm really annoyed I'm not on there, as one of their prolific posters 'RoadCamera' obviously lives around here. He seems to find about 5 or 6 bad drivers per journey and has a camera installed in his car. Maybe he should concentrate on driving instead.
