You never see chavs in France (unless they are British)

Are we the only nation unlucky enough to be plagued by chavs?
Or are there some hiding away that i just havn't seen?

I've lived in Manchester for nearly 3 months, only a 2 minute walk from mos side, and i haven't really seen any chavs. They all gone on holiday or just don't like the cold?

I always see chav's in France. They appear to be rife in Lyon.

I've seen chavs in france, they ride around topless on mopeds throwing bottles at you. Whilst doing wheelies!
This was a few years ago on a french exchange to La Ciotat on the south coast, not far from Marseille.

I've seen "chavs" in dozens and dozens of countries. It's not unique. Every country and society has their annoyances. As much as I'd love to defend my country, you get your fair share of chavs in France (more so in the southern regions though.).

They also wear them about 3 sizes too big lol. Also there's a massive trend over there wearing baggy jeans and white tees to the knees, I saw mostly blacks with it but a few wiggers too.

Yeah can't say I'm fan of Diam - though there is some good French rap out there, just like there is some good British rap out there, it's rare but it exists!

I like french rap (more then I do British, Us being my fave), NTM, Bakar, Iam, Fonky Family are all pretty good, the Germans ain't so bad either.
