Yes it will be efficient in the long at least for some pilots. There are only so many none Charisma skills to train. For some pilots Charisma skills are the main skills.
I have been in the game years and have ran out of useful none Charisma skills. The only thing left are useful Charisma skills. Balanced attribute are much better in the long term as you never know what new skills are comeing out that you want.

They are now saying it only affected people who have multiple drives or partitions, which would explain why I got shafted - though luckily I found out about it before I restarted! But I know others who only have 1 hard drive and 1 partition who say they were effected as well, so who knows.

My Retribution looks so nice now. Glowing t2 guns look a thousand times better, shadows are fantastic, different textures and reflected light is really nice.

Got webbed / warp scrambled in my Armageddon and lost it.
Spent 150 ish mil on an Abaddon.
spent another 50 mil trying to fit it out, only to find it sucks **** when it comes to cap drain.
I haven't got any rigging skills so I can't fit any CCC's to keep it alive long enough in level IV misisons.
Worked well on lasts nights lvl III gone Berserk though, so that will have to do now until I can make back the 200 mil I had before it all went to ****.
*ahem* anyone who installed EVE on C:\, regardless of number of drives

I installed before 4 am that fateful day..
I installed on C:\
and I shut down at about 2.30am..
Didn't have a single problem, even though my file was missing.
Made another one to be on the safe side though

I've decided to go back to Eve Classic. With premium i got about 40-50fps in space on my own and about 25fps near a busy station. But every 5 minutes or so i'd get about 60 seconds of 10-12fps aloneand 4-5fps outside stations or in missions. Which made it unplayable.
Now im back on Eve classic. I'm getting a staggering 90fps in station and 75fps outside the Emperor station in Amarr with it dropping to 45-50fps which i spin the camera around fast. And all i have to give up is the shiny graphics. I'll go back to them after i get a new computer sometime tomorrow.
EDIT - I have a 256mb GeForce 6800 GS so its a pretty poor card compared to modern stuff.
