I prefer debadged (and dechromed), but I've maybe forced it on myself because I got the car like that in the first place 
It looks cleaner, but some might think a car is debadged because it's got a naff engine and are too afraid to admit having a 518i or whatever So if it's badging a 30i, 30d or above it's probably not a bad thing imho.

What is there to be confused about? We didnt realise that the car was originally de-badged, and therefore i assumed that either he had installed a new "530i", which didnt make any sense, or that there was another badge somewhere on the rear end which i was missing.
^ You can sooooo see that he moved the camera far enough over to the right to show off the //////M badge as well as the wheel. In fact I hardly noticed the wheel in that pic
And Fox you could have at least driven the car 10cm forward to rotate the BMW and /M badge on the wheel the right way round. Disgrace.

I was tempted to get a 535d badge for mine, it's the same price as a 530d one so it made perfect sense
lol, yeah... you might as well get some m5 badges if you're gonna stick little m badges on it.
i just dont get why you would stick m badges on and then a big badge on the boot saying its not an m?
It IS an M car though, it has M suspension, wheels etc.

There have been M cars for years...The M3/5/6 are simply the flagship of the M-tech range.
Looks good - shame you're Women's Weekly banner has gone though 
I like the 530i badge too, without it it looks too much like somebody is embarrassed to admit they only stumped up for the smaller engine and whipped off the badges to hide the fact.
