Asus P5N-E SLI. No LAN ?

Hi Guys
i have a problem with the LAN on this board. it was working fine until i installed Vista x64. now i cant get it to go on the net. the only way around this was for me to add a network card to it. i got all the new drivers and updates from the windows site but it still wont work. i even tried rebooting the modem and its still not working . has anyone here had this same problem.

You got it switched on in the BIOS? from what I remember it's OFF by default :eek:

You say you have the drivers from the windows site, go direct to the asus site and get the vista x64 drivers from there.

got the same motherboard and vista 64, i can confirm it works (if that helps!)

Definately - use the Asus Vista x64 drivers - not the windows ones!

yes i did try the drivers from the asus site and it still wont work

i hadthe same problem with the Abit IN9 32X-MAX WiFi. i reset the bios and all was well, giv it a go
