I know that goes against the naming tradition of other sauces, but tomato ketchup mayonnaise boiled egg mustard and vegetable sauce doesn't have the same ring to it, I don't think.

And now you mention it, there may possibly have been... But I'd forgotten about it.

It's awesome on kebabs too, and is usually found in kebab shops, for putting on kebab shop burgers

Burger sauce is just fantastic, although I've never had it on a burger, it goes wonderfully with chips. It's not some Essex weird thing, I went to one of the best rib places in London the other week and they had the stuff!

I am about as far south as you can be and I have never heard of or seen burger sauce before.
