They do, although their organs are returned. It is, to some extent, a dessecration of the body it is important for justice. I think that should be the only exception

The justice system should be an exception while saving people's lives shouldn't? Why?

Thanks for posting that link, that was stupidly quick to sign-up for. That just shows the problem really, nobody will do anything unless it's given to them. Having an opt-out system will counter the laziness and benefit everyone.
