Probably. I really could do with some financial advice as I would like to get on the housing ladder in the next year or two and can't envisage getting somewhere in a nice area unless I sort out my finances.
Sort out expenses into needs and wants. For example, a BMW M5 is hardly a necessity...

The amount of money they can earn is unimaginable. A colleague of mine has a brother who is a broker in the city. He got a £400,000 bonus last year and that's on top of his salary which is equally ludicrous

Same. Shame they put the certified accountants in there as I'm sure chartered accountants get paid more (can you tell I'm a trainee chartered accountant?
