Q2 2008 for consoles. No PC version announced yet but I'd be surprised if it didnt happen at some point after.

Can you tell me where in the trailer the frame rates drop? It looks fine to me.

you can just see it, some points is fluid and perfect, others all stuttery like crysis on a 7600gt lol

i hope thats not in game performance because that was horrible :confused:

, if it is they could have at least smoothed it out so that the tailer looks good at least :/

Not too excited about this. But too early to make a call. Still I might buy the PC version alone just to make the most of Multi-Theft Auto, if the mod is made for it

Yeah I hope it doesn't have performance issues. When are developers going to realise people would prefer slightly less graphical prowess and smooth framerates over more graphical prowess with poor framerates.

I remember the framerate issues with GTA:SA on the PS2. Good GOD it was ridiculous. Felt like less than 10 FPS in places.

That did look about 10fps, but I can't wait to play it.

You don't need amazing fps with most guns being auto aim and it wont be a problem on a meaty PC

Yeah, with an option to turn the frame limiter off on the PC versions, to get them sexy-smooth.

I had GTA:SA on the day of release on PS2 and completed it and then some, then bought the PC version and completed it a further 2 times because the graphics were that much crisper and smoother it was like a totally different game. (oh, and logged about 500 hours on the multiplayer too
