underperform huh. In what way? Im able to change bios settings and they save. Not gona overclock till i update his bios.

How am i ment to install things off the disk? When i try it keeps thinking im trying to set up raid and when i say i dont awnt to it just gives me an error.
 
Personally i usually read up on forums & ask on here or get a mate to link me to the best chipset drivers for said Mobo. A mate sourced me out my current ones which i have stuck with.
Like i said it will run but this place isn't called Overclockers for nothing :) When pushing your system beyond default little things like chipset drivers can make quite a bit of difference.
I only ever advice through my Own Persoanl experience & in that experience the above is True :)
 
just an update for anyone who helped out- updated to bios 14 and the problem has cleared up, so far im at 2.8ghz prime stable for over an hour so thanks guys
 
I did say try bios ;)

Glad you got it all sorted matey :) Never nice having a computer not working! Specially when it's your own.
 
true my friend, and you're a wise fellow but just couldnt find any info anywhere that pointed to it being a bios issue but its all sorted now so im gonna try and blow it up... :)
 
Sorry late reply....
My problem is that my BIOS Keeps resetting after I shut the computer down for the night, like the next morning I have to do all the settings again...
It also wont turn on, the LED Light flases as if power is being run through the computer an then being cut off, it does this about 30 times or so over 5-10minutes untill it will actually turn on :S

So any solutions would be great!
