currently only using a Swiftech MCR220 (120.2) but want to add an EK block to my 8800 and know it wont cope :(

so will there be much difference between 2 of these or a single PA120.3

My old rig consisted of 2x 120mm thermaltake rads and 1x dual blackice micro 80mm rad, it couldn't cope with the load from my Q6600 and the northbridge.

My new system has one loop including the Q6600 overclocked, the northbridge fusion block and my 8800GTX connected up to a single PA120.3.

It cools it with ease using minimal fan speeds.

I would go for the PA120.3 :)

strangly adding extra rads doesn't really effect temperatures.

The difference between 1x 120.2 and 2x 120.2 isn't a lot.

Id suggest a 120.3 as the price difference is small else where and the performance increase is significant. Also you can have quieter fans instead.

Bare in mind it is designed for yate loons (i think) as they are good at pushing air through the mesh. The noctau arn't as good at forcing air through mesh as they have less fins on the fan.

Thanks, seems abit silly selling them without barbs? and surely it should say on the main page?
Luckily i managed to find 1 place with any G3/8" barbs in stock so just hope they come tomorrow :)

Thinking of ordering a U2-UFO too, would it be worth keeping the old rad and using it with the PA120.3 or will i need an extra pump?

EDIT: just had a reply from my webnote saying it does come with barbs :D
