I've just started to play this, I know that you need to level up first to really enjoy this game so that's what I am trying to do, but I have a question on this Zombie Genocide run in the car park.

I take it the colour lines are where you should drive, but do the cars re-spawn when you get back to the spot?

Also where can I find the maintenance key for the WC's and EXITS? There are so many doors that I can't open and its quite annoying.
 
Maintenance key is in the square room at the bottom of that picture. Cars respawn when ever you exit the underground place I think (been ages since I played).
 
Maintenence key is not in the square room!

From the red car: Head underground, turn right, turn left, turn right - dead end with a door in it.

Usually milk/sledgehammer/skateboard and maintenence key.

Toilets are always open!

Also your route is not very efficient in the tunnel.

Red car to white car - instead of making the right and the big loop to the white car just drive straight. Otherwise you will likely kill the car and thats never fun.

White car to van - Retrace your steps but then head down the wee spur in the north of that picture. turn around and then turn right towards red car/truck then right again to the truck.

Truck run - Take the truck (actually a meat van :D) and drive following the route until you come to the big island thingy. Go round it once or twice if your feeling brave and then head back to the red car.

Repeat! :D
 
I've not seen any toilets anywhere? Is there a map that tells me where everything is online or in print? The one in game doesn't unless you hover over the shop.

Thats an awfully complicated run mate. Its a lot simpler if you turn left from the upper car park entrance, go to the end, turn around and come go bak into the carpark - where a new car/van will have spawned. I made quite an extensive levelling up guide on my site :)

hehe.

Just so you know where i mean: from your map, start at the entrance where the "red car" is located. head left, turn around at the delivery van area and exit the way you came in. A new car should have re-spawned. Rinse and repeat (many times) ;)
 
Another vote for turning left once you get into the car park, drive round in the car to get the van then drive around in that a bit. Drive back to the exit but drive past it and take the first left, turn the van then take it to the exit and get the red car from the outside car park again. (Usually get a good few kills from that, especially if you can hit the zombies carrying the gas canisters)
I made the mistake of not completing the game after getting the genocider achievement, no fun gifts for me. :(
