Had some of this stuff at las liguanos tonight, awesome stuff taste well strong.

it's a spirit made from palm sugar served with lime juice, sugar and loads of ice.

Anyone have any idea what the spirit is called?

It's one of the nicest drinks ever.

but for £5 a drink, I would prefer to make it at home.

Cachaça is the name of the spirit.

Caipirinha is the name of the drink made with Cachaça lime and sugar

bump. Any help guys. I went to waitrose. But either they don't stock it anymore. Or they have no idea what I'm talking about. Going to have to do a drive around later. But anyone now any chain shops that defo stock it?

I need some for tomorrow.

Probably have more luck finding it in an independent store to be honest...

That's what I thought, but it's time consuming. I will do it if I have to. But I like the easy ways.
Ohh oddbins have it online. Hope they have a bottle in the shop.
