FREE program to convert .mov to .mp3

I need the above basically, a free program that can convert a .mov file to either a .wma file or a .mp3 file.

I need to do it so I can put 3 files on my MP3 Player, which only supports WMA and MP3 files.

if somebody has a program that does this and cost them money, would you mind me sending you the files and doing it for me?

i managed to get to that page, and I've found the link, but clicking on it sends you back to the homepage :/

The one problem with SUPER is the completely unfathomable website. If you do go to that page (http://www.erightsoft.net/S6Kg1.html) and wait a touch, the link does appear at the bottom.
