I just hit lvl 70 as a hunter with my 1st character. There are many instances I can go in but which one is best?? I have normal green/blue gear from lvl69, so pretty awful as far as it goes. I plan on doing the rest of the quests in netherstorm and in the other place (I havnt been yet) to get gold to buy the flying mount.
I am on a PVE server and will probably PVP more than I raid.

I really am clueless and any help appreciated for a level 70 n00b

You should really know that sort of stuff by now!

Google will show up a huge amount of guides/information for you, helped me a lot when I played before (Never reached anywhere near 60 though, let alone 70

).

I got to level 61 then didnt play for months, and when I reactivated my account i have forgotten so much!
on google all I can find is leveling guides

All the TBC 70 dungeons are really easy on normal, start with Serpent Shrine Cavern: Steam Vaults, Tempest Keep: Botanica, Mechnar and Arcatraz also if you can be arsed check out Caverns of Time: Black Morass. This is where you'll bolster your gear from 60-70 grind.

Check www.wowhead.com to find out what gear you need/want from that instance.

PvP wise, your best bet is to just do AV as much as possible, you get the most honour from them so you can buy arena season 1 gear faster.

Once you've improved your gear, start looking at the reputation side and see which factions your honoured with, visit the faction vendors and purchase the Heroic dungeon keys so you can start running heroic dungeons, they give you far better gear.

Also check out how to do the karazhan quest chain, that way if your guild/server runs kara you can go.

I'd check www.wow-loot.com and choose hunter. It'll show you which dungeons have stuff you can use in

get Atlas loot enhanced, it's an addon that lists loots from each instances, look and find what you need on the bosses then find groups to do them

Or go pvp, get honor buy some pieces with your honor, then go do arenas and get full season 3 after a few months
