i know it's a long shot but just wondering if this has ever been known to happen that say they take my phone is, see it is broken and then say they will replace, but instead if i can say pay a little bit towards it they just send me a 8gb version instead?

i know orange are more likely to know this so i should ring them up but wondering before i do that if it has happened before, do able so if the person on other end says no if it's his lazyness or truely can't do it.

also while go this thread, i changed the case a few months back to the cheapo black ones on ebay, doing this i got a slight scratch on the back of the phonewhere the screws are and one screw went missing. does this void my insurance? at the time people told me no but im worried i send it abck and they will tell me ah you broke it yourself changing the case or something like that and not replace it for me.

And I would have though you'd be VERY lucky to get anything from them after doing that.

but there are enough recon n95's out there for one of those to be given to you.
only when there it is more trouble getting you a base n95 would they think about giving you the 8gb version (from the insurance)

The N95 is now Discontinued due to many software faults.

Personally i havn't noticed this, but thats what i'm told.

And hte 8gb isn't on all networks, best thing if to ring your insurance and see what they say.

N95's are still being sold with contracts.
