Don't think there's any other villains in the film.

Harvey Dent makes an appearance though but not as Two Face from what I've heard.

Besides, it's better focusing on just one villain, Batman Forever/Batman and Robin/Spiderman 3 to name but a few films ruined by having too many villains and too much going on to treat them properly.

I want to be Batman.

Having watched the trailer the Bat Bike looks a bit odd, but I originally thought that about the 'Tumbler' and that grew on me. I would have preferred the Joker to be a little more dapper too, but I suppose I have the animated series and Jack's version of said nutcase embedded in my mind.

Looking forward to it though.
