Will join as soon as Blizz un-suspened my account lol...

not played horde past lvl 10 before, so will be asking for help lol... Also, i only play at weekends. Is this going to be an issue? Is it worth me even trying to join in with such a short playing time?

lol - i let my mate, who had an acciednet on his motor bike and is stuck at home till his legs get better use my account. Now as the IP changed, he ran around and leveled up some low level's i had to see if he liked the game before paying for his own account, i was happy, he was happy, everyone was happy...

Then Blizz noticed... suspended for having multipul people play the account.... great...

He now plays Eve-Online instead lol.. mine is payed up till May next year.

Nothing sinister, just Blizz being stupid, imo.

didnt think they'd pick up on something like that! sucks if you play it at a friends house often... or if you have 2 houses! lol so silly! how long u uspended for?
 
I can't wait to get home and roll my new toon now!

Either going to be a Shammy or Priest, I have a 61 Undead priest already so know how to play them pretty well but Shaman could be interesting...

Only 3 days. But enough to make me realise they are being a bit silly, they have lost my mate now as he is now into EVE, and im not too happy with the way i got treated, when i questioned it i was told, its only 3 day ban, just wait it out and it will be ok... ok, give me my money back then....

Still, i do enjoy the game and with xmas coming up i will have more time to play and maybe get to lvl 11 on the new OCuK site... :)

Im gonna try this game again, i quit in August after having played alliance since release. I dont want to shell out £20+ just yet so ill download the trial and give it a go for 10 days. If i like it, ill join up :p
 
I don't really want to re-roll ~again~ (and lol my gf would kill me if I made us reroll again) but if this guild goes anywhere over the next couple of months we'd be up for transferring. :D
 
is there anyway to get a 14day trial? Like a referal from a current subscriber? Was trying to avoid but i just cant! May as well mess around over the xmas hols, might even subscribe for a few months
 
yeah found that one, someone mentioned a 14day one, must have just been from donkeys ago. Aw well 10days is enough to know whether i face a scary addiction again
 
phew nearly downloaded the trial there, luckily the downloader went really slow and i couldnt be bothered waiting so i've escaped a potential addiction this time! woohoo, good luck with the guild
 
Would love to join this, but having just got into WoW recently (I know a bit late...) I am already on Shattered Halls as the goody, goody Alliance! I'm currently a lvl 49 Dwarf Warrior named Thoragor, so I may well bump into a few of you in the future.

Going Horde on SH would seem to be a good choice for an easier leveling experience as from what I have heard there may be a 60:40 or worse (70:30?) split in favour of Horde here, at least in the sub 70 bracket. No hard facts for this but I have heard it several times now from different sources and it would kind of match with my experience so far, unless the bulk of alliance players play at different times to me. It could have course just be a lame excuse for us always losing the sub 40 BGs... ;)

If anyone really can't bring themselves to roll Horde then we could always do with some Allies here!

Its not quite as bad as that - I did a little research before we selected the realm. While hardly definitive, WarcraftRealms.com suggests the split is fairly even:

The activity ratio is a bit off though....

Oh and expect no mercy from your OcUK bretheren if we meet on the battlefield. ;)
