Good luck with the patches.
Took me a good 4-8hrs to get playing before
It is worth buying the games again for the DVD instalation disc. I use to play the US version but recently got the EU version which came with a DVD disc instead. Instals much much faster. Took me about 30mins to get the game fully installed and all patched up.
The WoW Battlechest can be had for £17.99 if you look around and that includes World of Warcraft and The Burning Crusade AND both bradygames guides (good for new players).
You can download the 2.3 patch too if you instal WoW every other month, there are lots of websites that host the file to download. Fileplanet for example.
Well, once you've installed the TBC Disks. Launch the game, login and it will update. It will ask for you to restart the game, then the Blizz download will pop up saying downloading patch 2.X.X to 2.3.0, something like that (can't really remember).
Should be about 700-800mb I think.
yeah i wanna download it today on my macbook for when I build my new pc base unit 2moro so I can dive right into playing hehe.

i was trying to work out who rudolph was then lol, there was a good chat in guild last night everyone helping out each other which is always nice, i look forward to getting back onto the level tonight! up to 18 now

I used to play for a couple of years, had a break from it and then went back. I haven't played in a while now but I still "miss" it sometimes. I played a mage on horde, loved that game.Ooh I'm so tempted, haven't found a game I can get into since I stopped playing wow. My 70 mage is on a different server but starting over would be fun. I need to think about this.
