I'm sure this is a stupid question but I'll ask anyway. Would that affect mobility in the lower leg because of the added lumps? Although the major muscles are at the back of the leg I just can't help thinking that it might somehow interfere but for all I know that wouldn't bother the gent there in the slightest anyway.

And for what it is worth, I wouldn't have it done myself, not least if it could affect my ability to do sport but other than that I've got no real feelings either for or against the idea.

I suppose I should say something about the OP though. Well each to their own I guess. I have no problem with him doing it to himself, and the idea is a kinda cool. But it looks a bit crap tbh.
