i thought i watched the trailer the other day but i was wrong, and i am now so amazingly excited, can't wait to be even more confused by lost, i read on wiki that the smoke will be explained this season

I'm looking forward to this, mainly because I want it to be wrapped up not because each episode is exciting. It's going to be long knowing it will drag on a couple more seasons, although this season will only be 16 episodes.

yeah doesn't that suck, hate that they had to only do 16 for the next 3 seasons, just hope abc or whatever decides to fund for some more afterwards as im sure the geniouses behind this show can think of more mystery to add

I'd prefer it if they did 16 episodes of a more intense storyline, rather that drawing it out over 22 episodes. As much as I love the program, I'm busy person with other things to watch

Rumour has it that's what they're doing anyway, keeping the series shorter and getting more into each episode. Also apparently there will be 6 seasons in all.

afaik they are signed up for 3 more seasons of 16 episodes which would put them at 6, but with the potential of being signed up for more depending how its ratings go which has been dropping lately but imo it's not because of storyline but because of in usa they had stupid random times, and in uk well only sky customers can watch it now and at 9-11 on a sunday night, or was it 10-12 :rolleyes:

stupid as i don't know anyone who watched the final episode as it's just too late to stay awake and have to really concentrate as the show is full of stuff to look out for

That is sarcasm right?

Anyway, this season might be shorter due to the writers' strike... or just have a huge break in the middle of it. On the bright side, maybe this means they can get Nester Carbonell back into the show :cool:

It would be pretty good to have 8 eps from feb and 8 july/aug time, that way its not as much of a wait for season 5
