would have £500 --- maybe goto £600 max.

(i have another couple of question as well .... maybe you can help here as well...)

cheers

I picked up a Sony Bravia 37 inch for £484 from Comet recently. They had it at 650, reduced from 800. I price matched them against Argos sale price of 499 and asked for a further discount. :D

model no?

good tv

was looking at the Samsung (40" might as well I suppose...) one advertised on TV from high street catalogue shop @ £699

decisions decisions.... have £699 max now because I need a new cinema system as well.

Samsung R87 37" for £550 + £150 on surround gear (won't get you much, but the speakers on LCD TV's are all crap and you NEED something, even if it's only a £150 all-in-one job)

I picked up a Sony Bravia 37 inch for £484 from (rubbish store that sells overpriced items) recently. They had it at 650, reduced from 800. I price matched them against (rubbish store that sells overpriced items) sale price of 499 and asked for a further discount. :D

surely this counts as listing competitors? or don't mods come this way?

OK got my eye on this one.....

SAMSUNG LE40N87BD

just picked up a 60gb PS3 from work for £314 .. nice so I guess 1080 p is good to go....
