What you reckon? Fat blockery seems good but my cutting diet has almost no fat so i reckon it'd have minimal effect, however if its GOOD itd be freaking awesome on a bulk, i mean you could eat 3 pizza's and take in massive protein with no fat..... i know thats technically a total disorder but....

Opinions?
 
Just skimmed the wiki but it sounds ideal for someone who sits on their bot all day and pigs out on crisps and biscuits.

But the right fats in the right quantities are essential for both bulking and cutting, as important as the right amount of carbs and protein from my findings.

I'm finding that fats are the hardest macronutrient to encorporate properly into my diet, I see no reason to take an easy-way-out pill that makes me poop them out unless I was about to eat a huge binge cheat meal.

interesting for sure, would allow you to up the fats a little in your bulk, making it a bit leaner for you.

if it works, then ~£1 a day isnt too bad!

The major concern in my book is that dihorrea (however the hell its spelt) and fluid loss is never good in BB'ing, might give it a trial 50 dayd for £50 gotta be worth a pop tbh
