Dam stuck pixel, what is it with the samsung 2032!!!

Just bought a samsung 2032 from *competitor* and there’s a dead/stuck pixel on the screen, do you think i should try and return it tomorrow ? im thinking of askin to upgrade to the 22inch model because there out of stock for the 20inch models its only a extra £30, seems like my best option askin to upgrade there not exactly goin to turn £30 down

i've read reviews that loads of people are having the same problem with dead/stuck pixels on the 20inch models samsung need to get this sorted out

That store is pretty good at exchanging items. Just pop in and ask if you can replace with the larger monitor without mentioning any fault and as long as its packed up as new they will exchange without even asking you any questions. I believe this option is available for the first 7 days as I have often changed items simply because once I got them home and tried them out I was not happy and as long as you are exchanging rather than asking for a refund you'll have no problem but in saying that I have on some occasions asked for a refund and its not been a problem. they returned it no problem but they funny thing was there were 3 people in front of me all with the same problem, they must have received a faulty batch, they were all out of stock so they just gave me a refund : )
