What a pleasant start to the morning . . .

Well here went another one. This was worse, a lot worse. In fact it was terrifying. The car was in flames, the guy in the car was screaming for help. Luckily my uncle, the guy a few doors away were seconds before me. I saw the guys laying into to the windscreen because there was no other way of getting him out, you know the adrenaline rush, of survival. The lad inside was crying for his life, we saw no other but only to pull him out, I popped my head into the car and we lifted him out and away from the car. This moment seemed like it was never going to end, because the windscreen wouldn't rip open, so we smashed a side window.

A dozen of police cars came, an officer politely asked to move back and we did so. Then another came bickering, telling us to go home. My uncle said a piece of everyone's mind and she was embarrassed and she walked away. The only thing that was damaged in the whole street is our window, double glazed which now has a crack. I've got a ref number and we shall be looking into it tomorrow morning.

We've wrote to the council a number of times, and they do what they do best . . . waste paper. Even the police were commenting on that area being a 'hot spot' and something we should complain about. Erm yes, okay . .

What a night . . . :(

Did the car crash as a result of idiotic driving and was the guy inside the driver?
If yes to both of these, you should have just left him...

Your street sounds like a bad place to be road-wise.
