Hey guys,
Since Xmas eve I've been overclocking my e2160 and so far I'm up to 3 GHz, (9*333) its totally stable; 10 hours plus with Orthos and I've had some pretty intensive gaming sessions, 4/5 hours at time
Thing is tho, and it hasn't done it for a couple of days, when I boot up after some time away my mobo does its little thing to let you know it doesn't like the bios settings you are using - you switch on, in lights up, goes off, lights up, goes off and then boots but with the cpu back to stock settings (9x200). All you have to do is change the Auto settings back to Manual and its fine, the rest of the settings are unchanged?
It just seems to be a cold boot issue
Atm I have 1.38750v going through the cpu, 2.1v through the ram (1:1 divider) and stock volts on the fsb and mch. Do you think the fsb/mch should be raised at all?
I'm using the F9 bios btw.
Cheers,
SW.
