Can someone explain how this thread thread differs from a Tesco employee walking into Sainsburys and shouting 'Cheap beans at Tesco'?

Can you explain how it's similar? :s

It's more like a Sainsburys employee organizing a game of paintballing for Sainsburys employees

I can see where he's coming from. For instance, in this sense it's someone walking into OcUK and shouting "Come join this better OcUK gaming community".

But not quite the same sense, as I guess we don't have a "gaming community" or clan/team here as such.

wont be lucky, well be good :)

Well, every other forum based clan/community/whatever that has asked has received one of two responses;

'No' or just no reply at all. The one I was a part of were in the 'no reply at all' camp.

I believe the only OcUK clan that has ever used the OcUK name in any kind of official capacity was the OcUK CS clan that was partly comprised of staff, including Spie himself.

If you started finishing highly placed in european and world tournaments, they might have a change of heart but i'd be surprised to see you get that far.

So nothing like using the steam community and people advertising here to join that to make it easier to game :rolleyes:
